This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. I won't be back. I got food to go and went home to eat. Then I found a hair at the bottom of my cup of soup. I called the manager and his tone was quite rude and acted like he didn't really care or want to help with a refund. Definitely lost a customer. And maybe with those crazy prices you are charging, you could afford hair nets for the employees making food.
